When Goro and his family migrated to Australia from Dubai in 1990, his father dreamed of running his own business and owning his own property. Inspired by his fathers entrepreneurial ambitions and property dreams, Goro purchased his first property at the tender age of 17. Since then, he has grown an enviable property portfolio and has developed a multifaceted career encompassing multiple sectors of the property and finance sector including mortgage broking and ethical housing developments
Inspired by such visionaries as Richard Branson and Elon Musk, Goro started his first business when he was 16 and today runs four successful businesses, including Ethical Property Investments and the property mentoring service, 10 Properties in 10 Years. He is also co-director of disability housing innovator Empowered Liveability, one of the top 10 privately owned disability housing providers in the country.
His motto is simple: “Do good and make money”. This principle built the foundations upon which Ethical Property Investments now operates.
Bill Gupta has developed an expansive property portfolio and in the process has developed keen strategic insights into investing in property. He is passionate about helping the everyday person and endeavours to share his property knowledge and experience with investors to help them achieve their financial goals.
